Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Your Hands On Me (the "Service"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Provision of the Service

The Service is provided for the purpose of learning Texas Hold'em. Recorded data is visible only to the user themselves.

2. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any conduct that violates laws or public order and morals, or that interferes with the operation of the Service.

3. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without any warranty as to its completeness, accuracy, or usefulness.

4. Paid Plan

The Service offers a paid Premium plan that unlocks stats, bankroll records, AI advice and your full hand history. Pricing and payment methods depend on where you buy (card and similar methods on the web; App Store or Google Play in-app purchase on iOS and Android). Current pricing is shown on the purchase screen and on the Japanese Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure page.

5. Automatic Renewal

The monthly Premium plan renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged at the price in effect at that time. To stop renewal, cancel before the period ends. The 30-day one-time purchase via PayPay does not renew automatically.

6. Cancellation

If you bought on the web, you can cancel at any time from "Manage subscription" on the plan screen. If you bought through the App Store or Google Play, cancellation is not possible from the app — cancel in your store settings. After cancelling you keep access to Premium features until the period you have already paid for ends.

7. Refunds

Because this is digital content, we cannot provide refunds once access has been granted. For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are decided by the store, so please use the store's refund process. Where a refund is required by law, we will comply.

8. Price Changes

Prices may change. We will give notice before any change, and the new price will apply from the renewal period that begins after that notice.

9. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be changed as necessary. After a change, we may ask you to agree again.

These Terms are translated into several languages; in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Japanese version prevails.
