Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Your Hands On Me (the "App") handles personal information.
Information we collect
The email address and account identifier obtained via Google or Apple sign-in; the play records you save (hands, positions, bet amounts), your notes and images; your bankroll records (buy in / cash out); your check-in history at venues; and your premium purchase status. We do not collect or store payment card numbers. We do not collect your device location — a check-in is a record of a venue you selected yourself.
How we use it
For authentication, storing and displaying your records, providing premium features, and diagnosing problems.
Third parties / external services
Authentication uses Google and Apple; payments use Stripe, Apple, Google and RevenueCat; error diagnostics use Sentry. If you use the AI advice feature, the contents of the selected hand and the note you wrote are sent to an external AI service (one of Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) to generate the response; your email address and account identifier are not sent. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent except as required by law.
What other users can see
While you are checked in at a venue, other users can see how many people are currently at that venue. If your check-in is set to "public", your display name and avatar are also shown to other users who open that venue. If you switch it to "private", you are only counted in the total and your display name and avatar are not shown. In either case your email address and your play records are never visible to other users, and checking out removes you from the list. You can change your display name and avatar at any time. Your hand history, stats, bankroll, notes and images are visible only to you. If you find a display name or avatar you believe is inappropriate, please report it to the contact address below and we will review and remove it.
Server operation logs
We keep server-side operation logs to investigate faults and prevent abuse. These record access entries (date and time, the kind of operation (HTTP method and path), the resulting status, how long it took, and an account identifier) together with diagnostic information when something goes wrong (the error type, message, and where it occurred). They are deleted after a limited period, typically about two weeks. We do not record IP addresses, the content you enter, or credentials such as cookies and tokens.
Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account yourself inside the app (tap your icon at the top left, then "Delete account"). Deleting it permanently erases your hand history, stats, bankroll, notes and images. Note that App Store and Google Play subscriptions cannot be cancelled from the app — cancel them separately in your store settings. Contact us below if you have any questions.
